How to remove a dent from a bumper

In this video, we see how to repair a dent that we may have suffered on the rear bumper of our car. Specifically, we are dealing with a Toyota 4Runner, but this is not essential for the execution of our action, as the method can be applied to any modern car built with plastic bumper material. For example, if we have pushed in the corner of the bumper, we heat the area well for at least ten minutes with a common hairdryer (if we do not have a specific one for body shops) as long as it has a decent power. When it is hot, we immediately go to the inside with a spherical-headed hammer that can reshape the bumper; considering the fact that it will retain a "memory" of its original shape, we will be able to restore it to a passable form.
