In the following article, we will see how to replace the battery of the Toyota Hi Lux key. To replace the battery, first, you need to remove the emergency key by pressing the appropriate button located at the bottom of the key and pulling the key outwards, extracting it halfway to then use it as a lever to open the key. Once the key is opened, you need to move the part with the circuits to access the battery.

At this point, replace the battery, reinsert the circuit into its housing, close the key by pressing with your hands, and reinsert the emergency key into its housing.
