Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to remove and replace the spark plugs on a Toyota RAV 4 2.0 VVT-I. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and start disconnecting the four spark plug connectors after removing the plastic engine cover; then remove the four coils using a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove the spark plugs, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new spark plugs of the correct type and with the same thread pitch; screw them in by hand and then tighten gently with a spanner, reconnecting the coil connectors to the spark plugs.
