How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Toyota RAV4 from the Instrument Panel

Model: Toyota Rav 4 MK 4, Xa40 - Years 2013-2018

To reset the maintenance light on the Toyota RAV4, turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine and wait for the maintenance warning to appear on the display. Use the arrow buttons on the steering wheel to enter the menu and scroll to the Settings area. Select the settings for the odometer/instrument panel and confirm with the OK button. Within this menu, look for the option dedicated to scheduled maintenance or the service reminder and open it. When prompted to reset the maintenance data, select Yes and confirm. The display will show that the reset has been completed and the light will no longer be displayed. Turn off the ignition, turn it back on, and check that the maintenance interval has returned to normal values: at this point, the reset of the light on the Toyota RAV4 is successfully completed.
