Replacing the Stereo in a Toyota Yaris

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp90 - Years 2005-2011

Is the stereo damaged? Remove the lower plastic trim from the stereo; use a plastic lever to detach it from the central dashboard (where the air conditioning knobs are located). Remove the plastics from the top of the stereo. Once the stereo is free from constraints, use a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws located on either side. Pull the stereo out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). To reassemble, reverse the disassembly steps. If you are installing a non-original stereo, you will need to fit the appropriate adapters.
