How to Replace the Battery in a Toyota Corolla

Model: Toyota Corolla MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

Before you begin, open the front bonnet of your Toyota Corolla. Start by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the cover at the front of the engine bay, then remove the cover itself, as it obstructs the removal of the battery. Next, remove the bolts that secure the battery support bar. Once done, disconnect the two battery terminals. After completing this step, you will have freed the battery, which you can then remove, finishing the disassembly. To fit the new battery, simply repeat these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
