Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement

If the display indicates it's time for an oil change, lift the vehicle onto ramps and proceed with the maintenance. Using a fixed spanner, gently unscrew the oil drain plug, allowing it to drain into a container. At the same time, open the oil cap on the engine to allow it to drain completely. Using the special tool, gently unscrew the oil filter by acting on the body and remove it from its seat. Empty any residual oil from the container and filter into a container. Clean the filter seat thoroughly with a cloth. Replace the rubber seal of the container. Replace the used cartridge with a new one of the same type. Refit the oil filter, ensuring it is screwed in correctly, and top up with new oil. Do not dispose of used oil in the environment; take it to appropriate collection centres.
