Battery Replacement on Toyota Corolla mk3

Like many car models, replacing the battery on a Toyota Corolla mk3 is quite simple. With the engine off and the handbrake engaged, lift the front bonnet of the car. Use a 10 mm socket to unscrew and disconnect the two battery terminals, remembering to always disconnect the negative terminal first and then the positive. The same socket is suitable for unscrewing the two bolts that secure the upper battery bracket: unscrew them and remove the bracket. Pull the battery out of its housing and reverse the process for installation.
