Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp10 - Years 1999-2005

The cabin air filter purifies the air inside the vehicle and is located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. Obtain a cabin air filter of the same model identical to the original. To access it, remove the two internal side clips of the glove compartment and detach the cover. The filter is located in the compartment behind the cover. Once the filter cover is removed, carefully pull the filter outwards to avoid dust dispersal. Place a cloth on the bottom to catch any dirt. Refit the new filter in the housing, ensuring it is positioned correctly, and securely close the cover.
