Replacing the Key Battery on a Toyota C-HR

Model: Toyota C Hr Ax50, MK 1, Ax10 - Years 2016-2023

To replace the battery in your remote, locate the button on the bottom and extract the emergency blade. Holding the key with the Toyota symbol facing up, gently use a screwdriver to apply slight pressure in the recess from which you removed the blade. This will allow you to open the remote into two parts. Pry slightly on the battery to remove it and replace it with a new battery. Then, close the remote with the cover and press until it is fully closed. Reinsert the emergency blade into the slot. This way, your remote will be repaired.
