To replace your remote's battery, find the button on the bottom and pull out the emergency blade. Holding the key with the Toyota symbol facing up, gently press the screwdriver into the notch from which you extracted the blade. This way you will be able to open the remote control in two parts. Slightly pry the battery out to remove it and replace it with the new battery. Then close the remote control with the lid and press until it closes completely. Reinsert the emergency blade into the insert. This way your remote will be repaired.
