In order to replace the Toyota Auris D4D diesel filter, you need to open the hood, removing the air filter box located in the central part of the engine compartment. Behind this box, therefore immediately under the windscreen, you will find the diesel filter which must be removed from its housing by loosening its screws and disconnecting the pipes connected to it. Once the old filter has been released, it can then be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one. After installing the new filter, the air filter box can also be positioned.
