How to replace the Toyota Auris engine oil filter? Let's see in this video guide how to proceed with the replacement. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood, we secure the same. With a socket wrench we unscrew the locking pins placed on the container (disconnect the cables and the various tubes from the filter) where the diesel filter is located. We extract the diesel filter holder, remove the worn filter and replace it with a new one, making it adhere well in the filter holder. Finally, reassemble the diesel filter container (connect pipes and cables) and tighten the screws. We close the front hood finally.
