How to Remove the Stock Radio from Your Toyota Tacoma

To remove (and possibly replace) the stock radio in your Toyota Tacoma, follow the steps outlined in this guide. Before you begin, it is advisable to disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical current from flowing through the vehicle. Once that is done, use a thin object to insert into the gap of the lower panel to remove it. Disconnect the connector and proceed to remove the screws using a 10 millimeter wrench. Finally, pull the entire radio towards you and disconnect it from the connector.
