How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Toyota Yaris

In this video, you will learn how to replace the fuel filter on a Toyota Yaris. Once you have lifted the bonnet, locate the fuel filter container, and remove the engine cover to access the fuel filter container. Start by removing the various connections; with one hand, hold the connector and with the other, unlock it using a screwdriver as a lever. Disconnect all electrical connectors and circulation pipes connected to the filter container, as well as all fuel hoses. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the bolts next to the filter retaining plate to remove it. Refill the filter container with fuel and screw in the previously removed bolts. Secure the fuel filter container above the engine bay and reconnect all connectors.
