Toyota Corolla - Video tutorial
Model: Toyota Corolla
MK 3
- Years 2006-2013 Not everyone is aware of the fact that many of the warning lights that come on on the instrument cluster can be reset without diagnostic tools. The ABS light is one of them and we are now going to see how to reset it on the 2009 Toyota Corolla. What we need to do is use a jumper wire to connect pins 13 and 4 (their location is shown to us in the video) on the diagnostic socket and then turn on the ignition and press the brake pedal 8 times in just 5 seconds, so we have to be quick enough. We turn off the ignition, remove the jumper and start the engine to verify the reset of the warning light.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to reset the service in the Opel Antara? As we can see in this tutorial, resetting the service in the Opel Antara is an extremely simple and fast operation. Before proceeding, of course, we must have completed all the planned maintenance work. We start by inserting the key but leaving it in the initial position, after which we keep the accelerator pedal fully depressed and at the same time turn on the instrument panel, not the engine. At this point, we release the accelerator and press it 3 consecutive times, always all the way. We then restart the panel to verify that the procedure has been carried out correctly. by ScegliAuto More videos
