Resetting the oil service light on a Toyota Tacoma is very simple. Follow these steps in this tutorial. This operation should only be performed after changing the oil and the corresponding filter. To reset, turn on the ignition and check the total mileage using the button located under the fuel gauge. Once done, turn off the ignition and turn it back on while holding the same button. Keep holding until several zeros appear on the display. Finally, start the engine and check that the procedure was completed correctly.
