Operation: How do you replace the timing chain of a Toyota Yaris?

The operation of replacing the distribution chain on the Toyota Yaris is carried out by extracting the engine from its housing, so that access can be gained to its left side where the chain is located. The latter must be removed from its housing by loosening the bolts that fix the chain tensioner: in this way, the tension of the chain will be reduced and it will be possible to remove it from the corresponding toothed wheels. After the old chain has been removed, it will be possible to insert the new one, fixing its tensioner and ensuring that it functions properly.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
