Rear Light Disassembly Instructions

Model: Toyota Prius MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

To disassemble the rear light, you need to remove a significant portion of the internal trim of the boot on the side of the light to be removed. Start by taking off the trim from the boot floor and then the underlying storage compartment. Move on to the bumper trim and then the side trim located just behind the light by unscrewing the relevant fixing bolts. At this point, free the wiring and unscrew the two fixing nuts of the light to remove it from its housing and complete the disassembly.
