Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Toyota Prius Xw30, MK 2 - Years 2009-2015

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment: to replace it, you must remove the glove compartment itself; open the glove compartment door, unclip the side rod that acts as a stop, and press on the sides of the compartment to fully tilt it and then remove it; at this point, you can access the air duct, remove the cap from the filter container, extract the old one, ensure there are no dirt residues, and insert the new one respecting the direction of the airflow.
