In this video, we can see the position of the battery in the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, useful in case we need to replace it. As shown, it is not located in the classic spot inside the engine compartment but rather inside the trunk. To access it in case of replacement, we first open the tailgate, then remove the bottom panel and detach each element of the cover on our left. Once we have gained access, we can disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative one, and unscrew the two bolts of the upper mounting bracket.
