To set the cruise control on a Toyota RAV4, turn on the ignition by inserting the key. Once the dashboard is powered up, press the button with the cruise control symbol located on the right side of the steering wheel. After pressing this button, you will notice that once the cruising speed is reached, it will become fixed.

Once the speed is set, you can increase or decrease it using the + and - buttons also on the right side. Pressing the cruise control button again will deactivate it.
