How to open the fuel tank door of the Toyota Aygo

The new Toyota Aygo features a fuel tank opening different from other Toyota vehicles. To open the tank, you will need to push upwards the lever located inside the cabin specifically near the steering wheel, on the left side. Once you pull the lever, you can push the door and rotate the tank cap to refuel. To close the door, you will need to push it inwards. This new method of opening and closing the door is designed to prevent fuel theft or other related issues. This methodology is also becoming common in other car models.
