In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the tailgate panel in the Toyota RAV4, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the tailgate itself, then we grab the upper horizontal cover, pull it forcefully towards us and unhook it. We then remove the covers of both pillars, unhook both handles with a plastic spatula and unscrew the four bolts that have just been released with a 10mm socket wrench. At this point, all that remains is to separate the panel from the tailgate and install any replacement following the reverse procedure.
