First, open the tailgate itself, then grasp the upper horizontal cover, pull it forcefully towards you, and unclip it. Next, remove the covers from both pillars, unclip both handles with a plastic spatula, and unscrew the four bolts just freed using a 10mm socket wrench.

At this point, simply separate the panel from the tailgate and fit the replacement part if necessary, following the reverse procedure.
