Today, we will explain how to replace the battery in a key for a Toyota vehicle. To perform this operation, insert a flathead screwdriver into the top slot of the key to open the key fob. Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 battery in its place.

Close the key fob and proceed to test it. Start the vehicle and try to unlock the car; if the problem persists, you may need to reprogram the key or replace the fuse related to the central locking.
