In a few simple steps, we will see how to disassemble and replace the battery of the key remote for the Toyota RAV 4. First, take your remote and start by removing the plastic cover on the back of the remote by levering on the sides; then remove the battery inside, as shown in the video. Next, install the new battery, of the correct type (in this case a 3V CR 2032); insert it in the correct direction and then reassemble the plastic cover, finally testing the remote's functionality!
