How to replace a damaged fuse in a car

Replacing a fuse is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently, but it is important to take precautions beforehand. Before replacing the fuse, we must disconnect the battery to prevent one of the components from activating during the replacement and damaging the control unit or causing a power outage that could damage the battery. To disconnect the battery, we must open the hood and unscrew the nut of the negative terminal and the nut of the positive terminal. Locate the fuse box using the user manual and maintenance manual and remove the cover of the box. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the damaged fuse and insert the new fuse, making sure they have the same amperage. Finding the damaged fuse will not be a problem if we follow the diagram on the back of the box cover.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
