Replacing a fuse is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently, but it is important to take precautions beforehand. Before replacing the fuse, we must disconnect the battery to prevent one of the components from activating during the replacement and damaging the control unit or causing a power outage that could damage the battery.

To disconnect the battery, we must open the hood and unscrew the nut of the negative terminal and the nut of the positive terminal. Locate the fuse box using the user manual and maintenance manual and remove the cover of the box. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the damaged fuse and insert the new fuse, making sure they have the same amperage.

Finding the damaged fuse will not be a problem if we follow the diagram on the back of the box cover.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
