Reasons why the air conditioning in our car is blowing warm air.

In this video, we will see the reasons why the air conditioning system in our car is only emitting hot air. On the pipes of this car, we find deposits of refrigerant liquid. Let's look at the return line: one end enters the evaporator, and passes under the filter box to reach the compressor. The larger diameter tube is the low-pressure return line, while the smaller diameter tube is the high-pressure return line. To replace the tube, we will need a pressure gauge and the replacement fluid for the system: we will refer to the label inside the engine compartment for specifications. We will also need a digital scale for the exact amount of liquid. We will remove the air filter and then check the pressure of the liquid in the system, as there are leaks in multiple points; in fact, the gauge reads zero: all the liquid has leaked out. We remove the tube from the evaporator side and then proceed to remove any clamps until we reach the compressor. Before putting the new tube back in place, we lubricate the o-rings well, and then install it by proceeding in the reverse direction. We pressurize the system to 200 PSI (13.78 BAR) and use a soapy sponge to identify any leaks at the joints, then we charge the liquid, start the engine, and turn on the air conditioning, paying attention to when it reaches the recommended weight; the return line should be cold. We put the caps back in place and reassemble the air filter.
