We insert the disc into the tachograph and drive for 4 hours, after which we return to the parking lot, go home, and resume work at noon. We need to close the disc by recording the location and arrival date, arrival kilometers, and the difference in kilometers. At noon, we manually declare what we did from 10 to noon on the back of the disc, where we will also include the vehicle license plate, kilometers, and departure time, and we insert the disc into the vehicle. We drive for two hours, then return to the parking lot, where we perform maintenance activities, so we record the arrival kilometers, the difference in kilometers, and then indicate our work activity on the grid of the disc, followed by indicating that we are going back on break.
