Replacing the Diaphragm Kit and Cleaning the Carburettor on a Husqvarna 135 Chainsaw

Let's see how to replace the diaphragm kit and clean the carburettor on a Husqvarna 135 chainsaw: turn off the chainsaw and disconnect the spark plug for safety. Remove the air filter cover and the filter itself, then disconnect the carburettor: detach the fuel hoses, the throttle cable, and the idle adjustment screw. Remove the carburettor from the base (two Torx or Allen screws) and open the carburettor cover (pump and diaphragm side). Then unscrew the perimeter screws. Remove the old diaphragm and gasket (be careful with the position of the central pin). Now clean the carburettor: spray carburettor cleaner into all the passages and blow with compressed air. Warning: do not use pins or metallic objects for the jets. Fit the new diaphragm kit: place the new diaphragm, the gasket, and the cover. Reattach the carburettor to the base, connect the hoses and the throttle cable. Replace the air filter and cover. Reconnect the spark plug.
