Instead of waiting for a long charge, the car enters a station, is centred and secured. A hatch opens under the vehicle: automatic pins unscrew the depleted battery, which is extracted and replaced with a new, fully charged one. The entire process takes about 3 minutes and 14 seconds, faster than refuelling with petrol. The system is also compatible with traditional charging at home or at charging points, offering flexibility. This technology, already widespread in China, could represent the future of electric mobility, reducing wait times and increasing convenience. A brilliant idea that transforms refuelling into a quick and automated operation. Who knows if it will arrive here soon!
