Regularly checking the level of the engine oil in the relative tank is very important as it allows to top up it in a timely manner and therefore also to avoid any damage to the engine. The operation itself is very simple and takes just a few seconds, but at the same time it requires some precautions. For example, the check must be carried out with the engine off and cold both for safety reasons and to avoid distorting the reading of the oil quantity. Once you have taken the necessary precautions, get a clean cloth and lift the front hood. Remove the dipstick and wipe it off with the cloth. Immediately afterwards insert it completely into the tank and re-extract it so that you can carefully check the oil level.

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the gear knob on the second series Lancia Ypsilon, but also on the Lancia Musa, in simple and quick steps. We get inside the car and start by removing the old gear knob; to do this, just unscrew it anticlockwise, as shown in the video. At this point we also remove the gearshift gaiter, in order to replace, if necessary, it too; we just have to fix the new headset and insert the new gear knob, screwing it correctly and without creating play on the gear lever!
