In this tutorial, you will see how to check the engine oil level in your car, a very simple operation valid for most models. First, ensure that the engine is sufficiently cool and that the car is parked on a level surface, then open the bonnet and locate the dipstick, which often has a yellow ring at its end. Clean the dipstick once removed, fully reinsert it, and then pull it out again. If the oil level is between the two marks, there is no need to do anything; otherwise, you will need to top it up through the designated hole.
