How to Replace the Car Ignition Coil?

To replace the ignition coil (or coil pack) of the car, open the front bonnet and, if necessary, remove the engine cover to access the components. Locate the ignition coil near the spark plugs and disconnect it from the high-tension leads. Also, disconnect the electrical connector, then unscrew all the fastening elements of the coil and remove it from its seat. Insert the new coil and reposition all the fastening elements, the connector cable, and the high-tension leads. Finally, close the engine compartment.
