How to Reset Car ECU Errors with an OBD2 Device from Android

In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset car ECU errors using the ELM 327 - OBD2 device from Android, a procedure that can be performed even by non-professionals. First, get into your vehicle, insert the key, and turn on the ignition; you will see that the central locking error light is on. At this point, you need to reset it: you will need an OBD2 device and a smartphone with the Android system. Typically, the OBD2 device is located inside the fuse box. Now, take your phone and from the WIFI section, detect the OBD2 device and connect it to your phone. Next, go to the Play Store and download the OBD2 application for diagnostics on your car. Once the application is downloaded, launch it with the WIFI active; now go to settings and select the option to read and reset the error. Once you obtain the code, you can perform the RESET.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
