How to Drive with a Space Saver Wheel?

Today, when cars have a spare wheel, it is not a normal wheel but a "space saver", and therefore the way to drive with a space saver is not the same as with a standard wheel. The speed limit is clearly marked on the rim, which is 50 mph. When driving with a space saver fitted, the car tends to widen the corners and pull more to the left. Just taking a corner at 37 mph will make the vehicle feel less controllable. If you have space in the boot and are willing to spend a bit of money, nothing stops you from equipping yourself with a standard tyre.
