We will need some newspaper, some masking tape, and a spray can of the color of our car body. With a medium-fine sandpaper, we need to remove any protrusions, only on the part that we are going to repaint. With a much finer sandpaper, we will smooth the area around the paint, and we wrap the parts that we do not want to paint, also masking the wheel, hood, and headlight in this case. We will start with a very light coat, then wait five minutes and continue with the second coat, trying to make the color as uniform as possible. We wait for it to dry. If necessary, we will apply a third coat. Then we polish it with wax, starting from the peripheral parts: it helps to blend the new paint. We dry it well. We remove the masking. If it didn't turn out well, we can easily remove the spray paint with a nitro solvent when it is fresh. In the case of metallic paint, it is necessary to also spray a clear coat, otherwise it would remain dull.

How to set the time in the Citroen DS3?
