You may have wondered if a universal car remote exists, and yes, it does. It behaves like a regular remote, so you will need to replace the battery when necessary and reprogram it if needed. Today, we will explain how to program the universal remote for the first time. First, take the universal remote and the original one, then simultaneously press the two top buttons on the universal remote as shown in the video. Press the second button 4 times before releasing both buttons. Next, position both remotes facing each other and press the reprogramming button, then hold down the button where you want to place the code. Finally, move towards the car and press the button with the code until it stops flashing; at that point, you will have programmed the remote.
