If you want to try DIY and have some basic workshop tools, such as a socket wrench, screwdrivers, and a few others, you can certainly perform this task yourself. To remove the rear wheel of a scooter, first lift the scooter onto its central stand, if available, or use a workshop jack or similar.

Then, proceed to remove the pins that hold the bracket where the shock absorber and brake caliper are mounted. Once the brake caliper is removed, unscrew and slide out the central wheel pin to remove both the wheel and the brake disc.
