In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the timing chain of the Volkswagen Caddy 1.2 TSI; on this type of engine, the timing chain replacement is scheduled every 250,000 kilometers. So we lift the vehicle and remove the front wheel and the fender; we remove the distribution cover to access the chain. At this point we remove the engine oil pan and detach the timing chain from the pulleys, replacing it with the new one, following the video tutorial until the end!
