Today's guide will show us how to lower the rear seats of the Volkswagen Jetta, following these simple steps. First, we open the rear hatch and locate the two release levers for the rear seat backrests, located at the top; then we pull the first lever towards us to unlock the first section of the backrest, as shown in the video. At this point, we will significantly increase the cargo volume of the trunk; to put the seats back in their original position, we will need to raise them until they latch perfectly onto the pin!
