How do you replace the battery of the Volkswagen Touareg?

The battery replacement procedure on the Volkswagen Touareg is carried out by loosening the screws that secure the driver's seat in the front and in the lower rear, in order to disconnect the airbag connector and remove it completely. Once the latter has been removed, it will be possible to move the carpet and access the underlying battery: the latter can be disconnected from the appropriate power cables and freed from its fixing screws. In this way it will be possible to insert the new device, fixing and connecting it properly and repositioning the driver's seat.
