Removing the airbag from the steering wheel of the 2010 Volkswagen Tuareg is a very simple and quick operation to perform independently. Before carrying out this operation, it is necessary to disconnect the vehicle's battery in order to prevent the system from activating during the removal process. To remove the airbag, we need to insert a flat-head screwdriver into the side hole and push the internal lever to open the steering wheel. Once the steering wheel is open, we just need to disconnect the airbag connector to deactivate it and remove it.
