This tutorial explains how to remove the front headlights on the Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure the key is not in the ignition, then open the bonnet and unscrew the two fixing bolts of the grille using a Torx T25 key. Next, remove the lower grille, unscrew all the fixing bolts of the bumper, and separate it from the chassis.

At this point, unscrew the fixing bolts of the headlights, disconnect the relevant connectors, and refit the replacements by following the reverse procedure.
