How to start the engine with immobilizer failure of the Volkswagen New Beetle

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012

Today we will see the instructions that will allow us to start the engine with a faulty immobilizer system in the Volkswagen New Beetle; this type of procedure could be carried out in emergency situations. In order to bypass the immobilizer, it will be necessary to connect the appropriate diagnostic software and then follow the guided procedure to unlock the immobilizer system; then disconnect the positive pole of the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the starter fuse and try to start the vehicle!
