The following steps will show you the procedure for removing and replacing the front speaker of a Volkswagen Polo. First, open the front door of the vehicle and start unscrewing all the fixing screws found on the sides and under the plastic cover of the grab handle; once the panel is removed, you can unscrew the speaker screws and disconnect its electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new front speaker, reassembling the door panel by applying the reverse procedure!
