This guide explains how to replace the speakers in a Volkswagen Polo manufactured from 2018 onwards. Before replacing the front speakers, remove the door panel.

Detach the cover from the door handle and unscrew all the screws securing the panel, then unclip it. Disconnect the connector and the handle lever. After removing the panel, use a drill with an 8mm bit to unscrew the screws holding the speaker.

Disconnect the connector and proceed with the replacement. Insert and secure the new speaker, then reattach the door panel.

Repeat the same process on the right front door.
