How do you replace the rear headlight bulb of the Volkswagen Sharan?

In order to replace the rear headlight bulb of the Volkswagen Sharan, you need to open the hood so that you can locate the panel on the side of the trunk corresponding to the bulb to be replaced. Once this panel is removed, you can locate the corresponding bulb holder. This can be removed and the bulb placed on it can now be replaced with a new spare part. Now you can reposition the bulb holder inside its housing, insert the side panel of the trunk and verify that everything is working.
