How to maintain the roof lining of a Volkswagen Tiguan? After removing the side handles of the headlining with a screwdriver, take off the sun visors and the overhead lighting unit located in the panel. Once all the panel retaining clips are removed, detach the headlining clips around the perimeter of the car's roof. Remove the panel carefully; you can extract it from the boot of the car. Be cautious when pulling it out as it may break at the corners. Perform maintenance on the glass roof.
