In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Passat remote control, an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, we will need a small screwdriver with a flat tip and a replacement battery of type CR2032. First of all, we extract the emergency metal key by pressing the appropriate button, then we remove the chrome cover, we lever in the indicated slot and separate the two halves of the remote control. At this point, all that remains is to remove the old battery, insert the replacement respecting the polarity and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
