How do you replace the battery of the Volkswagen Atlas remote control?

It will be possible to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Atlas remote control by pressing the button located on the top of the device: once this is done, you will need to remove the key from inside the remote control and then lever inside its housing. In this way, you can open the remote control to locate the underlying battery: this can now be removed in order to insert the new one and close the remote control. After the replacement, you can verify that everything works correctly even with the new battery.
